What is Tribe Team Training?

Tribe is EFC's coach led group training program where you get the guidance of a personal trainer with the energy and accountability of a group. Sessions are kept small so every member gets real attention and real results. Three programs are available so you can find the one that matches where you are and where you want to go.

Tribe is EFC's signature coach led group training program.

Members: $239/season (8-week program) included with elite membership. Non-members: $269/season (8-week program).
