This huge calorie burner builds great looking legs. RIDE is a 60-minute cycling experience brought indoors. Roll over hills, chase the pack, spin the flats, climb mountains, and sprint to the finish. Feel the thrill of energetic music and group dynamics as you get all the benefits of authentic interval training.
R30
30 Minutes
Get fitter in only 30 minutes with R30. It is as easy as riding a bike, and in R30, riding a bike has never been better. Burn calories, improve muscular endurance, and build cardio fitness as you ride with surges, short intervals, power, and end with a rush. Inspiring music and motivating coaches ensure that everyone finishes first.
30 and Done
30 Minutes
No warmup speech. No cool-down fluff. Just 30 minutes of work that actually counts. Every class is a new mix of strength, cardio, and core built to challenge you, burn you out (in the best way), and still have you out the door before the excuses kick in. All fitness levels. No two classes the same. Show up. Put in the work. Get on with your life.
Lazy Yoga
45 Minutes
You don't have to earn this one. Lazy Yoga is your permission slip to slow down. A full-body stretch and mobility class built around deep breathing, easy transitions, and poses that actually feel good. No performance. No pressure. Just you, the floor, and everything your body's been asking you to do all week. All levels. Zero urgency. Come as you are.
