EFC features the top Professional Personal Fitness Coaches. All Coaches are Nationally Certified and are all Certified in our Take It Off Weight Loss Program. We can train and coach you for any type of fitness goal you have. Our focus will be on what we call Lifestyle Training or Functional Training. This type of training focuses on strengthening your core along with training for movements you do in your everyday life.
We have specific equipment that we can setup for you to help prevent injury and train your body to be stronger/healthier for everyday living. By mixing exercise with our Weight Loss Program you will lose weight the correct way (1-2 lbs per week) which means you will take it off and keep it off! Our Coaching is simply the best around!
We offer private one on one training/coaching, small group training (2-4 people) and larger trainings (5-12 people).
