Everybodys Fitness Center – EFC is a one of a kind family owned business built and designed for average people interested in getting and staying healthy. Our club is founded on the premise of offering a unique, high end, and truly state of the art facility at affordable rates. We will educate and coach our members on functional movements, nutrition and lifestyle enhancement. We are a results oriented club that promises to go the extra mile in order to service our members. EFC has been proudly serving residents of the Auburn community and surrounding towns since our Grand Opening on October 1st 2009. Since then we have coached our members to some truly astonishing results, with several people losing over 100 pounds, and one as much as 180! It is the results and the success of our Auburn members that has lead us to branch out into the Sturbridge community. Since the announcement of the Sturbridge location in December 2011, the response from the community has been amazing! We successfully opened in February 2012, and have already begun to implement the types of coaching and support that has made our Auburn members so successful, and we are looking forward to continue helping all of our members get results and reach their goals
